Utilities Management Across Programs of Works

PRO provides utilities management services across projects and programs of work, including Sydney Metro and Canberra Light Rail. Our teams successfully manage design and construction of early works, such as TBM and road header power, major utility relocations, including power transmission and communications towers, and utility site investigations. All utility early works milestones have been completed on time and under budget. On Sydney Metro, the PRO Utilities Team has saved an estimated $3bn in potential delays and project costs.
